It's not necessarily that i am nostalgic for summer just yet but more not thrilled for winter... I have been waiting anxiously for fall to get here, this is my favorite time of year and i love every second of it. The problem is that i always seem to forget that right behind my beautiful autumn weather lurks a northern Michigan winter just waiting to bury me in feet of snow... For some reason though it was on my mind today that it could snow as soon as next month..... I am NOT ready for that yet! So for today i am going to pull a shot from my summer files to share with you, just to keep me warm :)
This photo was taken during our towns annual festival, one day is designated "kids day" complete with face painting (or arm if you are Zeke) pony rides, balloon animals and oh so much more!
